How to ensure these elections don’t destroy your emotions!

Politics is more emotional than football, thank God it happens only once in 4years. It has the capacity to spend your emotions, spend your energy and of course squander your time! We look at the time spent, and console ourselves with – it’s our nation, it’s our lives, and it determines a lot of other factors, but the truth is man hours are perishing on the cross of politically driven discussions that may be to no end. 1. Make up your mind that Nigeria is your candidate. You are only voting someone who you believe will serve the best interest of Nigeria. 2. Be assured that most of the smear information in town right now are propaganda. Some people paid agents of political parties, some of them are more respected than others. 3. How to have a satisfying sex life in 2015 and beyond.

Accept sex can't be perfect One mistake many couples make is thinking that sex should be perfect at all time but according to great sex therapists, you should give room for bad sex every now and then but that does not mean that you should close your eyes when it is a constant occurence. Promise yourself this year that you will not allow bad sex affect your desire and hunger for it with your spouse. Don't fall for the myth that your friends are having fantastic sex all the time. Just be real and set realistic expectations about what you'd like to achieve and change. NIGERIA: Ogoni Swears in President and Inaugurates Self-Government

Ogoni President Goodluck Diigbo has been sworn in – the first elected leader following the Ogoni self-government declaration of August 2, 2102. Ogoni is one of Africa’s richest indigenous homelands, endowed with sweet crude oil and natural gas, among others. The event was held on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Ken Saro-Wiwa Peace and Freedom Center, Bori – the Ogoni Nation Capital in southern Nigeria. In his inaugural address to thousands of Ogonis, Diigbo vowed to fully enforce the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the Ogoni Bill of Rights – both of which give the control of natural resources to the people. His government, under the auspices of the Ogoni Central Indigenous Authority, insists on joint review of the United Nations Environmental Assessment Report on Ogoniland, before implementation in order to comply with due process. The report says it will take over 30 years to restore Ogoniland from petroleum pollutio

Secrets of A Successful New Year Resolution

Do you know New Year resolution is a tradition, very common in most parts of the world. At the beginning of every New Year it is common to hear people talk about their New Year resolution. This actually means people make a promise to engage in an act of self-improvement or do something really nice, it might also mean stop a bad habit. Some take it seriously, some bid it farewell just after the clock strikes twelve. Some call it a second chance to dream with eyes open, no one can deny having made some. People change with time, so do their aspirations. Seriously taken, a New Year Resolution is an opportunity to gauge our goals. For the adventurous souls, it is the opportunity to tickle a funny bone or to try something bold. It's hard to keep up the enthusiasm months after you've swept the good ideas under carpet, but it's not impossible. Carefully choose your resolutions and be determined to follow through without being weary. For those who don't have an idea of what they

Recognized by the United Nations for the Indigenous Ogoni People; to evaluate our estate and take some bold steps to confront our tormentors, assess our destiny and encourage ourselves to move beyond the subnormal standard of living, which the government and people of Nigeria have confined Ogoni since “independence”.
